To have an official artist channel, you must meet the following requirements:

Own and operate a solo artist or band YouTube channel that is dedicated to their music.

Have at least 2 official music releases on YouTube, published or distributed by a record label or music distributor.

Your channel must comply with all YouTube policies, including Community Guidelines, Terms of Service, and copyright policies.
And one or more of the following requirements:

Work with a YouTube partner manager.

Be part of the YouTube Partner Program.

Be part of a record label network that works with a YouTube partner manager.

Distribute your music through one of the music partners included in YouTube Creator Services for music partners.
If you meet these requirements, write to us at [email protected] requesting your Official Artist Channel and we will take care of requesting it. In the email, indicate the links to your YouTube channel and your automatically generated Topic channel.
