The function Start Time is not available on Instagram Stories
When you share a song on Instagram Stories, It is the application that automatically defines the 15 seconds that are used, according to the most common use that the algorithm has detected.
You can select the 15 seconds you want to use (or fewer seconds) by scrolling the song at the bottom of the screen.
