The 2 Types of Motion Artwork
1. Artist Page Motion: A live-action video loop (no graphics/animation) for your Apple Music artist profile banner.
2. Album Motion: A motion-graphics animation of your album cover that loops seamlessly.
Technical Requirements
- Format:
.mov - Codec: Apple ProRes 4444 or 422.
- Aspect Ratios: Both 1:1 (3840×3840) AND 3:4 (2048×2732).
- Audio: None (confirm audio export is disabled).
Submit your motion files directly through 1M Music support at least 2–3 weeks prior to your release date.
