At 1M Music Group we manage manual claims directly with the platform, but to ensure fast and error-free processing, you must follow the exact data format required by TikTok.
⛔ Critical Duration Rule:
The clip segment in the user video (UGC) and the clip segment of the official audio (PGC) must match exactly in duration and content. If the UGC clip is 23 seconds, you must claim the exact same 23 seconds of your original PGC track. Mismatched durations will trigger an automatic rejection.
Required Information for Submission
When opening a TikTok claim ticket with 1M Music support, please supply:
- Song Title: Exact track name registered on your release.
- ISRC Code: Track identifier (e.g.,
MX1M12600001). - UGC ID: The video ID uploaded by the user on TikTok.
- PGC ID: The ID of your official published sound on TikTok.
- UGC Timeframe: Start and end timestamps in the user video.
- PGC Timeframe: Matching start and end timestamps in your official track.
Valid vs Invalid Claim Examples
